Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required for projects that will be dropped off and left for the work to be done. If you wish to minimize your time without your computer an appointment is recommended.
What hours are you open?
We are open Monday thru Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes we offer emergency service for both in-shop and on-site projects. Best method for contact in an emergency is phone (603-436-6035) during normal business hours. For emergencies outside of normal business hours please call and leave a voicemail message or send an email to botnaybay@botnaybay.com
